Outpatient Treatment is a recognized and approved form of drug and alcohol and/or mental health rehabilitation that is covered under most major insurance plans. Outpatient care includes hour-long sessions of individual therapy, group therapy or a combination of both, as well as couples and family counseling, depending upon your needs. You can attend Outpatient care while living at home, continuing to work at your job or attending school or meeting other obligations. Outpatient tends to cost less than Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization or Intensive Outpatient care.
Our private office space offers a comfortable small group setting allowing a space to address your recovery goals. Experienced psychotherapists will work with you toward meeting those goals with skill building, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, rebuilding damaged relationships and motivation enhancement.
Some individuals who complete our Small Groups Program will follow up with transition to Outpatient care while others may enter directly at that level of care based on assessment.
We offer group therapy and other sessions in the mornings and evenings at different days and times to accommodate your needs.
